New Year’s Resolutions are meant to be broken. Did I just say that? I sure did. Here are a few I plan on trying out:
Using AI for my calendar (I’d really like to use it for an assistant, but not sure I’m ready?)
Taking at least 1 day a week off. I mean it.
Figuring out how to take my husband with me on business trips more often (no, he’ll pay his own way/no this isn’t going to happen)
Figuring out how to stay healthy on the road when all I want to do is skip the gym and watch the old films we don’t get in London (TCM I love you)
Finding more time to hang with friends (I did this more often when I was younger, is it because I’m married?)
Getting that young adult novel published (pretty sure it’s ready)
Spending more time in green (not pants -grass, trees, wild places – parks)
You’ll note I didn’t mention running a marathon, my associate does that for both of us. I didn’t mention saving the world. I can’t, but I support charity: water and they are doing a fantastic job bringing clean water to people who need it most. I am not going to win the lottery, I already have – I live in London #mustbethankful. And that’s really the point.
